I rated “Comfort” 5 starts. That is a rating for the first 5 minutes. After that my old butt finds the seat very hard and the bumps painful in my bum. But I don’t want that to stop anyone one from buying this great bike. It is truly the best bike for quality and price. The “Manual” that comes with the bike has many pages of safety (suggestions) rules and very little help with the bike. The pictures are poor quality photo copies. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
