I have been riding ebikes for over 5 years. This bike is the most smoothe and comfortable. It also performs as advertised. Unfortunately the battery failed 11 months after purchase. Much to their credit, after asking me to send videos of a few tests, Totguard sent a new battery. They were very professional. When the battery arrived, I was very impressed to find that they had made some design changes that might well considerably extend the life of the battery. These are good people!
