First day, 1 km front headlight which lost a piece. Contact customer service and after a few days received a replacement headlight
Later assistance with the pedal HS Contact in discussion watts app, 3 days later a spare part and proposal to have it replaced by a repairer with payment of the bill ?

After contact with the customer service which is very responsive I am rather satisfied, the spare parts arrive quickly
To see the longevity of the whole, a doubt about the tires which are already half worn after around 70kms
Overall the bike is satisfactory to start in electrical assistance

I love my bike. Smooth effortless ride. So easy to do gears and brakes .

Battery stays charged for a decent amount of time. Goes fast. Back tire is hard to get on and off to change tube in tire. If planning to use this bike as a main source of getting place to place then I would upgrade and get better tires.
